As a bespoke service provider, our pricing is quote per project. We can promise our value for money position is very competitive, so it’s worth a call to have a chat about your specific business needs today!

You’re not alone. Often business owners and organisations know that they need help but aren’t sure where to start or how to prioritise the tasks. We can help you with this. When you complete our expression of interest form, we will ask you thought provoking questions that flesh this out!

We understand. A lot of our clients are like that at first. They thought that their business was very different or too complex. Or that it would be too hard to work with remote staff. 

This is why we are very considerate in our onboarding process and invite you to take advantage of our obligation free discovery calls. Our discovery calls are relaxed, friendly and we won’t give you the “hard sell”. We’ll talk about your business, the support you need, and how we can benefit you. 

Once you provide us with your expression of interest form, we send a tailored proposal that expands on how we can team up and achieve your goals and of course the price. Once you accept, we then begin with a strategy session after your investment has been made. 

As we are a service based business, you will be charged a one off set up cost of $250 AUD + gst. This will be included in your first month’s invoice. We will then invoice you at the beginning of every month for services in advance, based on our agreed Client Service Agreement. 

We take your privacy very seriously. We have Confidentiality Agreements, Privacy Policies and Disclosure Statements in place as part of our onboarding process. We follow all standard security protocols where digital security is concerned.

We pride ourselves on providing the best selections possible. However, if you are not happy our service and delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can discuss how we can best address your concerns and find alternative solutions.

Yes there are. We will not support clients or businesses that we feel are unethical or might cause disrepute to our staff or company. We screen and vet clients, just as we do our team.  We are looking for clients who are interested in having a long and rewarding relationships with us so we take great care when it comes to selecting our clients.

Yes, there are no locked-in contracts at The Administration Agency. If it is not working for you and your business, we encourage you to let us know to see if any solutions are available. If not, we ask that you please inform us one month in advance and finalise any outstanding invoices.
