Privacy Policy

The Administration Agency (TAA) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit our website, contact us or work with us.

Who we are

TAA is operated by The Trustee for The Mathieson Family Trust ABN 80 144 733 150. For privacy enquiries, contact us at support@administrationagency.com.au.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, organisation, role, contact details, the information you include in an enquiry, and your newsletter subscription preferences.

When providing services to clients, we may also handle information about their directors, employees, members, customers, suppliers and other contacts. The types of information depend on the work we have been engaged to do.

Our website may collect technical information about visits and use of the site through Google Analytics & Advertising, and Meta Advertising.

Why we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and manage our services, communicate with clients and their contacts, administer our business, and maintain and improve our website.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send TAA updates and insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.

When we handle information on a client’s behalf, we use it to perform the agreed services and follow the client’s authorised instructions.

Who we share it with

We may share information with TAA team members and contractors who need it for their work, the relevant client where we are working on its behalf, and service providers that support our website and business systems. We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

We do not sell personal information.

Storage and overseas access

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and limit access to people who need it for their work. We keep information for as long as needed for our services, business records and legal obligations, then delete or securely dispose of it when appropriate.

Some service providers or contractors may store or access information outside Australia, including in the United States of America and the Philippines.

Your choices and privacy enquiries

You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, unsubscribe from marketing, or raise a privacy concern. Email support@administrationagency.com.au. We will review your request and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

If information we hold was provided through a client engagement, we may need to consult that client or refer your request to them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or information handling practices change. The current version will be available on this page.
