Lou Mathieson is unapologetically passionate about helping people. Not only the Founder and Director of The Administration Agency, she’s also a wife, mum of two amazing boys & a fur baby, and a lover of chocolate and movies.
After many years working with amazing people in the private and public sector, in 2019 she founded The Administration Agency.
She was determined to help businesses who needed help but didn’t have the means or resources to get it.
Initially focusing on virtual assistance, she has grown the business into an award-winning full-service administration agency with a track record of driving remarkable results for clients.
Lou demonstrates a profound dedication to her community, currently serving as an engaged Board member for the Dubbo Business Chamber. Her influential presence extends to participating in industry-specific panels and delivering keynote speeches at various local gatherings, where she passionately champions the cause of women in business.
