The process to join our team...

1.

Apply to be a team member. Complete and submit our intake forms. This will start the process of you becoming accepted as a team member! We will ask you a few questions to get to know you more.

2.

We’ll consider your application. Once we have received your form, we will contact you to let you know if you have progressed to the next stage. If successful, we will invite you to meet (usually via Zoom) and ask what your favourite tasks are, answer any questions you have and may ask for a small task to be completed! 

3.

Onboarding. If successful and you decide it is for you, we invite you to make your small investment and become a member of our team! YAY! Once we receive your investment, we will add you to our matrix and get started on finding your first gig!

4.

Your mission if you choose to accept it … Once we have a client we think is a great match for your personality and skills, we will contact you to see if you have capacity and are interested. If you are, we will then organise a client briefing and get you started!
